Drawing to done
Drag across the kitchen to go from the measured drawing to the finished room. The drawing is traced from the room itself, so what you see is a promise kept, not a mock-up.
Larkin Row
A homepage for a kitchen and bath design-build firm in Winter Park, Florida, built around the question every homeowner has: will the finished room look like the plan?
This is the real page, running live. Scroll inside the frame, or view it full page. Links are switched off.
The brief
Most remodeler websites are a gallery of finished rooms and a quote form. Homeowners are left guessing what the process is like, how long they will live with a torn-up kitchen, and what it will cost.
Larkin Row (a fictional design-build firm in Winter Park, Florida) answers those questions up front: the drawing you will sign, the twelve weeks that follow, and the price ranges, so the consult call starts with trust.
What we designed
02
One job, start to keys
The process is told as a single twelve-week remodel: design, build, craft and handover, each with real footage from the trade doing that work.
03
The numbers up front
Every project shows its scope, timeline and investment, and a cost guide gives honest ranges, so homeowners book a consult already knowing it fits.
