How much does website maintenance cost?
Orlando studios that publish care plans charge $39 to $500 a month. Ours is part of the $249 monthly plan, or $49 a month (hosting, security and backups) or $99 a month (plus an hour of edits) for a site you already own.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes. There is a three-month minimum from launch, then it runs month to month: cancel any time with 30 days’ notice by email. Before month 12 you can buy the site out for $249 for each month left; after month 12 it is already yours.
What happens to my site if I cancel before month 12?
Your domain and all your content (text, photos, logo) are yours either way, and we hand them over within 14 days. The design and code are licensed to you while you subscribe, so to keep the site itself, buy it out for $249 for each month left until 12.
Do unused edit hours roll over?
No. Each month includes one hour of edits, and unused time does not carry over. Bigger jobs, like a new page, are quoted upfront before any work starts.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your card is retried automatically and we email you. If a payment is still unpaid after 14 days, edits pause. After 30 days the site may be suspended, always with 7 days’ written notice first.
Who owns the domain?
You do, always. It stays registered in your name, and we only change the records that point it to your website.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, $1,000 once, for the design and build, paid when you sign up. The $249 monthly payments start on launch day. Before any of that, your homepage preview is free.
