Build your backyard
Homeowners tap the pieces they want (a patio, a kitchen, a lanai, fire, light) and see a typical price range and time on site add up, with the real photo for each piece.
A homepage for an outdoor living design-build firm in Lake Nona, Orlando, built around the first question every homeowner asks: what would my backyard cost?
This is the real page, running live. Scroll inside the frame, or view it full page. Links are switched off.
Outdoor living sites tend to be a photo gallery and a "get a free quote" form. Homeowners have no idea whether a kitchen and a pergola is a $20,000 project or a $120,000 one, so they either never call or call the wrong company.
Coquina Yard (a fictional design-build firm in Lake Nona, Orlando) lets them build the backyard on the homepage first, so they arrive at the design visit with a plan, a budget, and a reason to pick up the phone.

In Central Florida the backyard comes alive after sunset, so the homepage opens at night and sells the evening: shade, cooking, fire and light.

Each feature has an "Add to my backyard" button, and a running total follows you down the page, so browsing turns into a plan worth sending.
Warm and unhurried: slow reveals, totals that count up as you pick, and the playful overshoot saved for the tick marks. Everything respects reduced-motion settings, and the builder works without any motion at all.
We'll redesign your homepage first and send you a private preview. No call needed.
